I have used WatchRepair.net twice. Once to service and once to overhaul my Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean. I was very happy both times. I have found them to be reasonable in their pricing, prompt, and accurate in their work. My Omega is performing at a very accurate rate since it's return. I can assure you that I will be using WatchRepair.net for all of my timepieces. I plan to send them my Ulysse Nardin for a service in the next few months. I suggest that you give them a look. I do not believe that you will be disappointed.

Watch Repair received my Oyster Perpetual Datejust watch after nearly 10 years of continual day to day use. It needed several adjustments and heavy external cleaning. On Monday I received it back. am THRILLED with what Watch Repair accomplished and will pass on my experience to other Rolex owners. Scheduling, shipping and receiving could not have been better. I love this timepiece and will take special care with wearing and protecting it for another ten plus years. I have already told others in my Kiwanis ( also Rolex wearers) and other clubs of my experiences and hopefully you will get their business if not already.

Just received my Rolex GMT Master back from Watch repair net. Not going to lie here as I was really scared to send it off somewhere so far away. Let me say that Watch repair net made me feel very comfortable that my watch would be safe. I truly felt at ease as they kept me in the loop thru the whole process. I will definitely recommend you r company to all my friends that have Rolex watches. My one friend sent his out to be checked on and paid 495.00 to have it serviced in Kona but was told to not let it get wet! Unbelievable. I just received my Wittnauer Diver Chrono and it looks brand new. I received this watch 57 years ago for my 16th birthday and wore it every day for 35 years, but I had trouble finding someone to work on it when it finally quit. One watch shop tried, but it only worked for about two weeks before stopping again so I eventually gave up. It lay in my sock drawer until I finally found Jeff and Marc and took a chance. It came back almost as beautiful as it did the day I received it, the packaging was flawless with a GPS tracker included, and I am ecstatic. It was a completely professional experience and I could not recommend them more highly. I am thrilled to be wearing it again. Thanks!

I received my watch back on July 30th, 2021. When I sent the watch to WatchRepair.net, it was in terrible shape. I had gotten water in it, and after I talked to Jeff I was really worried. I was scared to death I had ruined a $5000 Rolex. So I sent it in on an emergency bases. It took about a month to get it back. When I opened the box, I thought they had made a mistake and sent me a new watch, because that is exactly what it looked like, a brand new new Rolex. I was so happy, I wish there was a place to add a before and after picture, because you wouldn't believe it. I can't say enough about WatchRepair.net, they went above and beyond my expectations. It had probably been 20 year since I had my watch serviced and probably would not have done so, except the watch changed all that. A big thank you to Jeff and Marc. I acquired my Rolex Submariner from my father in law. It dates to the early 80s and was not worn much but after nearly 40 years it needed servicing. I’ve entrusted other watches to Watch Repair Net but this is a rather special possession. After receiving the watch they made a fair assessment and came up with a set of recommendations. Wow, I just received the watch back today. It’s beautiful and rebuilding the two-tone Gold and Stainless band was well worth the wait. Great service, fairly priced, beautiful workmanship.
