I must admit, had not planned on mailing a fairly expensive Tag to a stranger on the internet haha. But after reading the reviews and one phone call with Marc my fears were allayed. Everything about this process was better than exceptional. From setting expectations to outlining the timeline, to the price, to status updates, to the secure transfer of the watch, were best in class. Marc is my only watch guy going forward.

This is the second time in 11 years I have used WatchRepair.net to service my Rolex watch. They are terrific!!! My Rolex is 33 years old and Jeff Herman and his amazing team make sure to keep it in perfect working condition and looking brand new! Their pricing is much more reasonable than what local jewelers quoted me and I had my watch back in just a few weeks using their overnight packaging that includes a tracking device! Watchrepair.net is reputable, honest and provides very personal service. I would not use anyone else to work on my watch! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!!!

I was a little skeptical of sending a Rolex to an online business. I talked to Jeff and Marc and I read some other reviews and decided to give them a try. They reworked my wife's 30 year old Rolex to look and run like new. We were extremely pleased with the work they did. It turned out to be a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone looking to service their Rolex or any timepiece.

After taking my 20 years Omega Seamaster Chronograph to a very reputable watch repairer in LA, I was told that Omega no longer supported the watch and they couldn't get the parts, they told me it was now worthless. I was heartbroken. I thought I should get a second opinion and I after a Google search found Watchrepair.net. After a quick call, and total bemusement by the guys there at me being told it was unfixable, they told me to send it in and they'd be able to repair and service it no problem. I got it back, totally repaired, all scratches removed and it looking as good as new. If you want it done right, send it to Watchrepair.net, you won't regret it!

In 1966 when I had my first well paid job I bought a Heuer Camaro Chronograph cal. 72 watch. I have used it every day since. I Joined the Swedish Air Force 1968 and did stay in the Air Force until I retired 2003. The watch has a large number of flying hours as well as G-forces under it’s belt, it has been cleaned once back in Sweden and after retirement I had an accident with it. After that it didn't work anymore and the chronograph did not work either. Now almost 20 years later I started to figure about repairing it. One day I happened to found WatchRepair.net when I tried to find someone that could fix my watch so I can leave it to my grand kids one day and hopefully they will understand the beauty and the sentimental value of the watch. I filled in the Contact Us form on their web page with my information and a short description of my Heuer watch. In less than 10 minutes the phone rang and they called me. We spoke for about good while and I did trust the guy. So, after browsing through their website reading some testimonies there and talked one more time on the phone I decided to give them a try. The procedure has taken some time since they had to get some spare parts for my Heuer. However a few days ago, the watch arrived back to me. MAN, it looks like new, the stainless steel has been polished, it has a new glass and a new fresh leather band (my choise). It keeps time accurately, the chronograph buttons work perfect and feels like they did when it was brand new, of course I haven’t looked inside but I’m convinced it’s even nicer on the inside. These guys has kept their word regarding price, shipment that’s been trackable in several ways, what it looks like when ready and that it works perfectly when returned to the owner. First and foremost Jeff and Marc are true professionals who never failed to keep me posted on the status of my vintage Stainless Steel Submariner. My watch was in very rough condition and had not been serviced in over a decade.. at minimum. Jeff assured me that my watch was in good hands and he was right.
