WatchRepair.netReviews of watchrepair.net

I recently entrusted Marc and Jeff with a vintage Omega Seamaster De Ville for servicing. I was impressed with the way they handled my concerns considering this watch has great sentimental value to my family. The package and electronic monitoring device they sent to protect my Omega was first class. My watch came back in a timely fashion and works great. Thanks again and look forward to working with you in the future.

I was leery when I first approached WatchRepair.Net. My hesitancy/worry was assuaged by Marc and Jeff. From sending my Omega Seamaster De Ville (circa 1960 & frozen), to the estimate of the cost of repair, I knew right away that they would take care of my watch as their own. The watch was overhauled, cleaned; the crystal and the tiny winding crown replaced. The old speidel wrist band replaced with an elegant black leather. Overall, when returned, again securely, the timepiece is as good (if not better) as new. I would not hesitate trusting them.

My contacts were with Marc & Jeff at WatchRepair.net. - both handled my inquiries in a very professional and assuring manner. Throughout the prosess of servicing, repairing and "renewing" my Omega Seamaster GMT I was confident that I'd chosen the right people to revive my world travelling companion, My decision was validated after their returning of my watch - It looks brand new and runs as it did on day I bought it 26 years ago. I must admit that I was hesitant to choose a company on the internet, but felt very assured after I made my inquiry and talked with Marc. I will not hesitate to deal with them again and/or recommend their services. Thanks guys.....

I sent my Submariner to Watchrepair.net with some trepidation, I mean who wouldn't. After my experience with this company I would just tell you to have no fear. These guys are legit and do fabulous work. My watch looks brand new! Their process for shipping is very secure and the repair was done in a timely manor. I will be using their services in the future.

I needed my early 70's era Omega Speedmaster Moon watch serviced. I spent several days looking for someone that could service this watch. I found WatchRepair.net on the internet and after looking at all of the testimonials, decided to submit a quote request. Jeff called me and we had a discussion on servicing the watch and how everything was handled with shipping and tracking and insuring the watch. So I decided to let Jeff service the watch. Jeff kept me updated on the service and some recommended repairs. I got the watch back and it looks great and is running great. The price was fair considering the age of the watch and all of the work that was done. I would recommend this co. to anyone needing their watch repaired or serviced.

My Railmaster is a classic. I wear it all the time and when it started to malfunction I was really sad. I took it to a couple of watch shops but they all wanted a lot of money and didn't make me feel good about letting them send it off someplace. Nobody wanted to look at it themselves. Every now and then I would surf the Internet for a repair resource that I might be willing to entrust. Over the course of time, I kept coming up with Watchrepair.net. The online reviews were quite good. I am an experienced online shopper. I ultimately picked up the phone. What made me want to do business was the way they described how I would get the watch to them. I had a limited exposure and they would send me a shipping case with a GPS tracker. I didn't have much to lose. When the shipper came, I was extremely pleased. I was able to see what care they took at WatchRepair.Net to insure safe keeping of my favorite Omega. Once the watch was sent, WatchRepair communication was excellent. I got a call with the suggested repairs and within a few weeks, the watch arrived back in my hands. It looked brand new! I am extremely happy with the process and will recommend WatchRepair to my friends.

I sent my Omega Seamaster in for repair and a new band. Good communications, reasonable turnaround time and pricing. They can be trusted. The GPS tracker in the package is reassuring.

I bought a used Omega Seamaster 300M (1993) in Dec 2020, and after a year it stopped running and the crown was completely inoperable. (Caveat emptor! but that's ok, I love the model and now I know why it was relatively inexpensive). I knew the seals were likely bad because on humid days moisture would appear on the inside! Jeff told me the inside had rust and what parts needed replacing. I said no rush and the watch returned in beautiful condition. Scuffs on the bracelet and clasp were buffed out and the bezel now rotates, though I do not dive, but like any quality good you want to know all works. If needed, I will gladly use WatchRepair again. Great work.
