I have a Seamaster 120m that has quite a few years on it. It was not keeping time accurately. Took it to one certified repair that said they found nothing wrong with it. I contacted Jeff and Marc, who promptly sent me a sturdy box to securely send my watch to them for assessment. I could even track it as it shipped! They quickly found the issue and repaired it. Shined it up. Certified the water tightness. They even sent me a copy of the printout certifying it, something no other repair shop ever did! BEST OF ALL: they communicated with me every step of the way! Excellent repair service and excellent customer service! And a warranty on their service! Rest assured, I know where this treasured timepiece is going should it ever need anything else!
