Sent both of my Rolex’s for maintenance and repair after nearly 10 years of nothing being done. The entire process of sending the first watch, getting an estimate, having it repaired, then returned to me in a manner that I could send the second watch for the same thing has now been completed. I cannot praise enough the service that i received. Both watches look as good as when they were new, and the staff at WatchRepair kept me completely informed through the entire process. This was compared to the last time (10 years ago) where sending the watches to Switzerland took almost 6 months, and the 1st watch would lose time first a minute or so each month and eventually 5 minutes each day.. Now the watch runs perfectly.! I give this company my complete endorsement, You can use them with compete confidence.

I have a 22 year old Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust. The III hour had fallen off Jambing the minute and seconds hands and it was due for an overhaul. Nowhere in the Phoenix area was authorized to work on it and the local Rolex dealer in Scottsdale said they would have to send it to Germany and it would take at least 6 months. I found Watchrepair.net on line and after a few conversations with Jeff, the president I shipped it to them. They returned my watch very quickly and it looks and and runs beautifully now. They even have a very cool GPS system they use when returning the watch guaranteeing it won’t get lost. It’s a little unnerving shipping an expensive item to an unknown but I can verify there are no worries with Jeff and his team. Absolutely no hesitation recommending them.

Was optimistically cautious shipping my hubby's Breitling someplace other than the OEM (perfect strangers) but was I wrong. From the initial phone call, the arrival of the pelican shipping container, the communication concerning the repair and not trying to up-charge me, I was won over. Received the watch back in a decent amount of time and it looks great and runs as it should. Got a little nervous on the return shipment as their GPS tracker died about 7 hours out from delivery but was very pleased with the overall repair process. Will use again when/if needed.
