My Submariner was in need of repair. It sit languishing in my drawer, as I kept putting off the repair and service it needed. After considerable research in choosing who I should use for the repair, I kept coming back to Watch Repair.net. It turned out to be the right decision. I was a bit hesitant to sent the watch off, as it would be out of my hands in transit, but the system they use is reassuring. My Submariner came back beautiful, and performing flawlessly. Can’t say enough about their professionalism, quality of workmanship, and genuine concern for my watch. It’s refreshing in today’s situation, to still find a company, operated by a group of professionals, who care about customer service and quality.

I found Watch Repair in a Mac search on the internet and decided to send my watch there. I had been previously burned (15 years ago) by a very expensive repair that had gone through my neighborhood jeweler and passed through several hands, I believe. I received the Rolex today and am so happy with the results! I will be back if I need to have a watch repaired.

I have a 1970s era Omega Seamaster that stopped several years ago. A new battery didn't do the job and the watch spent several years in a drawer. I found watchrepair.net on the internet and after talking to Jeff decided to send them my watch. They were very careful as to shipping in a safe and secure way. After examining it they explained what needed to be done and the charges. I now have it back and it looks like new. I am glad I found them and glad to have my vintage watch on my arm.
