My Breitling Chronomat 44 GMT had stopped autowinding and was making a grinding noise as if the winding weight were loose or broken. Upon return, the watch is functioning perfectly and keeping excellent time. Turnaround was a little better than most at less than 2 months (a previous service took over 3 months) and it was also polished and detailed so that it looks new. I've very happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

Several months ago, I looked at my 32 year old Rolex Submariner and noticed that the Crystal was fogged up. What to do? I almost panicked. I found Watch Repair on the Internet and immediately called. It was a Sunday. First thing Monday, Jeff Hermen called me back. I explained my issue and he said, Whatever you decide to do, do it now. The sooner a tech. can get into the watch the better. Do not let it sit, That answer sold me. He had my watch the next day A few days later he called with with price quote for the repairs. I received the watch back 2 days ago and it is beautiful.
