The folks at watch repair take the utmost precautions and safe passage of your watch. From the initial engagement with them to the finished product they are professional and expert in their field of time pieces. My Time piece is an Omega Seamaster circa 67 Pre-moon watch. It was returned to me in perfect condition. I would recommend them to anyone who may have a timepiece that means so much to the individual who owns it. Kudos!!!! My Tag Carrera was about 10 years old and due for its second overhaul. I chose watchrepair.net vs sending it to tag directly since it was a little cheaper and seemed faster. I REALLY like the live GPS tracking of my watch being sent back to them and once repaired back to me. They were quick to get me an estimate and completed the repair 2 weeks faster than what they had quoted. Great communication and value. I will use them again when the time arrises. THANKS!!!

Was referred to WatchRepair.net through a friend for service on my Wittnauer Professional Chronograph. The watch had not been serviced since I bought it in the early 1970's. The process was efficient and the watch was returned in the timeframe promised. The watch looks and runs like the day it was purchased. In today's day and age it is increasingly difficult to find experts to service vintage timepieces. I am highly satisfied with WatchRepair.net and will be passing along the recommendation that I was fortunate enough to get from a friend.

Unlike my experiences with Rolex, communication was unbelievable the entire process was exactly as advertised. The cost was about the same as Rolex charged me 7 years ago and the work done was more extensive. I have worn this Submariner as my everyday watch for 35 years, and the only time it has been away from me has been to be serviced. This time it was returned in the same condition as the day I bought it. The service and quality of work far surpassed my expectations and I am doing the happy happy joy joy dance. Rolex service center could learn a thing or two from WatchRepair.net and I would not hesitate in recommending WatchRepair.Net. to anyone with a love of timepieces.

WatchNet is a company that perfectly meets the highest degree of Customer Service. Their contact before, during and after the the work done was the very best. The cost had no "after" additions; the time estimated for the work was better than quoted by several days. The care of the item worked on was unexpectedly great. A shipping container was provided, no cost, the container was such that the item had minimal chance of damage. The same type container was used for the return of the item. Interestingly the containers held GPS tracking units and the item could be tracked by WatchRepair. In short, there is no hesitancy to work with them the next time it is needed

I was a little hesitant to send my watch to watch repair, but I am very happy I did. Jeff and his team did a fabulous job on my watch. It was returned to me in a few weeks and not only did it look brand new ( this watch was purchased in 2005) but the time which had been off by 2 minutes a day, now kept perfect time. I would definitely use WatchRepair again and recommend them to anyone with a fine watch.
