I recieved the watch back in the time I was told and it looked brand new and wound very smoothly! I'm super happy with it now and I highly recommend this company! They took excellent care of everything, kept every promise and answered all my questions.

I cannot say enough about the quality of service I received from Jeff, Marc, and team. I of course had a lot of questions about sending my watch to a company I found on the web, but they put me at ease, repaired the watch quickly, and now it looks and works like new ... outstanding.

I bought this watch at Camp Eagle in Viet Nam when my Timex died. It was the only one that did not have a luminous dial that anybody could see at night. After 65 years, it needed a complete overhaul and is working like new. Maybe better

After being told by Tag-Heuer that my watch was too old to be serviced, I was elated to fid WatchRepair on line. After a brief and reassuring phone conversation I sent my 4000 series Tag-Heuer in for service and repair. Even though it isn't a particularly precious watch, I have grow quite fond of it since it accompanied me on may sailing voyages and epic bike rides across the continent. Along every step of the way the crew at WatchRepair has take great care and delivered a pristine watch back to me. I can highly recommend Jeff, Marc ad all the other people involved. Well done!

I would highly recommend watch repair.com My experience was nothing but great with my rolex. Repairs were fine, cost was reasonable, but my watch was refurbished to the point when I opened the box I thought it was the wrong watch. I plan to send my other rolex to them for repair. Also turnround time was very good Doug Lawhorn

I was initially skeptical about sending my watch to an unknown company many miles from home. Marc and his team did a fantastic job shipping, inspecting, repairing, cleaning and certifying my watch to like new condition. Communication during the process was timely and accurate. I will enjoy this watch for many more years.
