Great pricing! New Breitling watch for 33% less. Easy ordering experience

I placed an order for 5 Tag watches. First time to order from WatchMaxx and I am amazed and the quality of customer focus. The transaction was seamless. The website easy to use. The price was extremely competitive. I made a mistake and ordered one incorrect watch. I emailed WatchMaxx and they replied within 10 minutes. The issue was resolved in less than 30 minutes. The watches arrived the next day and I will purchase from this company again.

I ordered a Bulova Rubaiyat ceramic watch. I was very concerned because I did not notice until after I ordered that the online description said it was a stainless steel watch although the product ID was for - and the photo showed a picture of - a ceramic watch. I could not contact WatchMaxx to confirm if it was ceramic or stainless steel because they were closed for Passover. Once they re-opened they immediately sent the watch before I could contact anyone, and I crossed my fingers. The watch arrived today (within 2 days) and it is the ceramic watch I ordered (clearly it was just an error in the online description). The watch is perfect. It arrived new in the original packaging, and it was sized to my specification. I don't know if the Bulova warranty will cover it (hopefully I won't need it), but for the drastic price difference (I saved hundreds of dollars), I'd buy from WatchMaxx again even if that means waiving the 3-year Bulova warranty. I was able to register the watch with Bulova for the warranty. I am very happy with my purchase and would buy from WatchMaxx again.
