Watch was just as described and shipped before the projected timeframe. It was packaged well and delivered in excellent condition.

An order from Germany. Absolutely unbeatable price for Europe, despite import taxes. The purchase process, delivery, and customs clearance were smooth and quick. Beautiful watch, I'd gladly order again.

They literally just completely LIED. They sent a watch to me that I paid $2,220 for. It literally stopped working after six days. I then had to pay 83 to ship it back. This, after waiting for their business to reopen after closing for 11 days to even be able to addresss it with them. Who shuts down for 11 days with no one responding to people? I asked them to prove what they sent me was actually authentic and brand new. They continually REFUSED to prove what they sent was new. They then call it "worn" after six days. Again, how they scam people. They offered to send me a frankenwatch as an alternative to sending me a brand new watch. That is what any reputable company does. Imagine getting a TV, car, etc. and then it breaks after six days. You then have to pay to send it back and they offer you a frankencar, or frankentv. Their frankenwatch option was a "replacement head" that is supposedly new, with the band that I literally had for six days before the defective watch they sold me stopped working. I asked them to prove to me the "replacement head" they were offering was real and authentic and they again refuse to show proof I'm getting something legit. I refused to deal with them after these games and will let my credit card and the attorney general's office deal with them. They play word games. They say one thing literally on the phone and then email two hours later with something completely different. They spell their name one way when you call and ask for their name, and then email you with it spelled differently. Just trolls. Look on reddit and plenty of other websites from a quick google search and you'll see all of the horror stories. Oh.... and I have ALL of the receipts. They LIE and they are shady. THEY ARE HORRIBLE ON EVERY LEVEL. BOUGHT A WATCH THEY CLAIM WAS BRAND NEW (AQUIS ORIS) AND PAID 2,220. IT STOPPED WORKING AFTER SIX DAYS. THEN I HAD TO PAY 83 TO SHIP IT BACK TO THEM. AND THAT'S WHEN THEIR ENDLESS GAMES START. I'M JUST GOING TO LET MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY HANDLE IT AND FILE COMPLAINTS WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE AND OTHERS.

We’re sorry to hear about your frustration and appreciate the opportunity to clarify. Your Oris watch was sold as brand new and was carefully inspected before shipping. When it was returned, it showed signs of wear and the original tags had been removed, which voids our return-for-refund policy. However, we still offered to replace the movement in your watch to make things right, an option that remains available to you. We understand how disappointing it is when a purchase doesn’t meet expectations, but we have done everything within our policy to assist and provide a fair resolution. If you’d like to move forward with the new movement installation or discuss next steps, please contact us directly and we’ll be happy to help.

DISGUSTING SERVICE from this seller, £1700 watch arrived not working, no reply for two days, then eventually a ridiculous copy and paste reply that didn't even acknowledge the broken watch or even offer solution or replacement. Also not made at all clear in the advert, this watch comes with NO Oris paperwork or warranty card, just comes with a cheap standard watchmaxx photocopied warranty booklet with just date on it, also as not an authorised dealer you can't apply for the Oris 10 year warranty. Even tho have now had the watch back for days, they still haven't issued refund. AVOID DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED So in response to Watchmaxx reply below, your not clarifying any FACTS or maybe how you like to make them up? Having spoken to eBay they assured me that watchmaxx had the item and then waited the maximum days until refund issued. "Our team was courteous and responsive throughout, explaining the process multiple times and offering assistance despite the customer’s increasingly aggressive tone" More utterly disgusting lies from this seller, not once were any of your replies courteous or responsive and you explained absolutely nothing thru the whole process or offered absolutely no resolution at all throughout the whole refund process. *The watch sold was brand new and 100% authentic, covered by our WatchMaxx warranty, which provides the same protection as the manufacturer’s warranty. This information was clearly stated in the product listing before purchase. " Again utter rubbish, Watchmaxx offers 2 years warranty Oris is 10?!! Nothing was clearly stated in the advert Look at latest reviews of this seller, another damaged Oris, probably the one I sent back! AVOID THIS COMPLETE SHAMBLES AND LIAR OF A BUSINESS!!

We regret that this customer’s experience did not meet their expectations, though we believe it’s important to clarify the facts. This order was placed through eBay’s international shipping program, which means eBay handled all logistics and the return process through their Global Shipping Center. Once the item was received, eBay explicitly instructed us not to issue a refund, as they would manage the resolution directly with the buyer. Our team was courteous and responsive throughout, explaining the process multiple times and offering assistance despite the customer’s increasingly aggressive tone. The watch sold was brand new and 100% authentic, covered by our WatchMaxx warranty, which provides the same protection as the manufacturer’s warranty. This information was clearly stated in the product listing before purchase. Sincerely, The WatchMaxx Team

I had high hopes with Watchmaxx. My initial contact was through chat. I had two watches to trade and a specific watch they have in stock to purchase. The person I chatted with was friendly and polite and instructed me how to submit the watches I wanted to trade for a quote. I did as instructed and waited for the two quotes. After a few days I hadn't heard anything so I sent an email of inquiry. No reply. A day or two later I did another chat. There was nobody there so I left a message. No reply. I sent one last email explaining I really wanted to purchase the watch and was waiting for the quotes. Could you please get back to me? No reply. In the end, I never heard from them again and traded and purchased elsewhere. With communication and customer service like this, I would never attempt to do any business with them. Update: Today after more than 5 weeks after the initial trade requests were started, I got an email offer for one of the two watches. I have long moved past them and did business with another company.
