Ordered a watch. Never came.
Ordered a watch in December. Estimated delivery was two weeks. After waiting six months, I received a tracking number. Overnight delivery. But nothing came. After 6 days waiting for my overnight package, FedEx said the shipper restricted me from getting updates. Nothing ever came. I was taken for over $5,000.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the delay in sourcing your watch. At the time the order was placed, the item was on backorder and required additional time to obtain from our supplier, which unfortunately extended beyond the original estimate. However, we would like to clarify that the order was shipped and successfully delivered by FedEx on May 12th. While we understand the delay was frustrating, the package was not lost and the order was fulfilled. We appreciate your patience throughout the process and regret that your experience did not meet expectations.
