Hi Leonard, I am very sorry to hear this. We have replied to your email asking you to please send us a short video of the whole watch so we can properly assess the condition of the watch and help you further, but we never received an email back from you. Hi Amy, I completely understand the frustration, and I am very sorry you feel this way, however as previously mentioned, we do have Returns & Exchanges Policy "Items may vary slightly in size, colour, and pattern to those visible on the online store". We were more than happy to exchange the watch for you however you refused because according to our T&Cs, "The customer must pay for postage and handling" and we never heard back from you. We are based in the United States, but we keep our stock in US, AUS, NZ, UK, and UAE to have a world-wide reach. The location of dispatch depends on the model you purchased. Thank you Amy for letting us know about this. Your feedback helps us do better and we are looking to improve our product photos.

Hi Carrington, We have not received any emails from you, please make sure you're sending the emails to: [email protected] We are very sorry that you feel this way, however your package has been delivered on the 28th March at 09:49am. We have emailed you the Proof of delivery as well. Is there anybody in your house or neighborhood who could have picked it up for safekeeping? If not then the next step is to file a missing package claim with DHL. Once it's confirmed with DHL that it is indeed missing/stolen then we will go ahead and proceed with a replacement. Hi Bianca, We are very sorry you feel this way. It seems that you have purchased with us twice under the impression that Klarna confirmed they cancelled your first order. We were not notified regarding this at all, but only after you have received your packages. This seems that there was a misunderstanding between you and Klarna. As mentioned Bianca, we completely understand your situation and unfortunately, according to our T&Cs, we cannot process the refund in this case.
