Hi Mustafa, I am very sorry to hear about your experience with us and I apologize for the inconvenience you've faced. This definitely doesn't align with the level of service we provide and it's disappointing to know that you had issues with our pricing and communication. Firstly, I would like to address the pricing issue. I know how important it is to have clear information on discounts and coupon codes. However it sounds like there was a misunderstanding, and I'm sorry for any confusion caused. We've refunded the 10% back to your account. As for the shipping issue you mentioned; we encountered an unexpected internal issue with one of our logistics partners, which caused a delay in the processing and tracking of your order. We took immediate action to rectify this situation. On August 15th, we resent your package and provided you with a new tracking link via your email and WhatsApp. You should be receiving your order very soon. Your feedback is important and valuable to us. While this experience was far from ideal, I assure you that we're committed to learning from it and enhancing our services moving forward.
