Terrible customer assistance
Terrible customer assistance. The watch was delivered at 9:30 in the evening. I have not received it and checked with the carrier Who is no help.

I placed my order on 11th November and…
I placed my order on 11th November and the amount was deducted from my card. I wasn’t informed the order was cancelled and I didn’t get a refund. Pathetic.

Hi Khan, Your order had been flagged by our system as fraudulent order and was cancelled automatically due to many reasons mainly because: - Shipping address is 12268 km from location of IP address - The billing address is listed as United States, but the order was placed from Pakistan We have refunded the amount to your card and informed you by email, so please check your email folders (Inbox , promotion tab or spam) and you will find our email. They are not based in US my watch came…
They are not based in US my watch came from Dubai. Paid 80 USD for import tax. The watch does not seems be good quality. Asked for return but no answer. Bad customer service. Do not buy.
