I initially reached out to Marc about a watch that was sold out. Even though his hunch was that it would be impossible to find, he went the extra mile a checked with multiple suppliers. Unfortunately we were unable to find the specific model, but his amazing customer service and exceptionally quick response time lead me to reach back out to him a couple of weeks later to purchase a different model. Throughout the purchase he was incredibly helpful and kept me updated on every step of the way. There are a few unique points when buying through Marc that you probably wouldn't get with buying directly from a supplier or AD, such as not being provided the postage tracking number, but everything is explained clearly and has a logical explanation. Ultimately the watch arrived right when he said it would and came just as it would if I had bought it directly from the manufacturer - full warranty and packaging. I can't recommend Marc enough, he will definitely be my first point of call when buying my next watch!

Received watch in a timely manner. Good communication and expert protective packaging. Bought a Hamilton Murph 38mm and it arrived brand new and in perfect condition. The price was better than all the competitors which is why I went with watches-swiss. Marc., the proprietor, runs a tight operation over there.

Marc has great knowledge about watches and has a well-curated offering on his site. Interesting brands like Ball and Muhle Glashute that are not always top of mind. Excellent service as well, a pleasure to do business with - Perry
