Let's just brush over the fact that the prices beat anywhere else that you are looking. Marc was phenomenal at navigating me through the selection, upcoming tariffs and procurement process. He was in constant communication up through the day of delivery. Even the packaging was done with care. I highly recommend Watches-Swiss.

I contacted Marc about purchasing a Frederique Constant Manufacture Big Date watch. He was able to source a brand new watch with box and papers for 1200 less than my local stores and about 100 less than a lightly used watch. At all times Marc answered my questions in detail in a very timely manner. The process took about two weeks because the watch had to be ordered and then Labor Day hit so the delivery was slowed a bit. All in all an excellent experience and I would not hesitate to purchase another watch from Marc nor hesitate to recommend him to others.

This is my first time purchasing a genuine new luxury watch online. I was a bit skeptical at first, but after reading all the positive reviews about Watches Swiss and seeing their competitive price on the Cartier Santos Medium size, I decided to email them. Marc responded quickly and I made the purchase. Received the watch in 4 days. The watch is genuine with all proper papers. I would definitely buy from them next time.

WATCHES-SWISS.COM is a hidden gem. I would highly recommend this business if your in the market for a higher end watch. Their prices are absolutely the lowest that I found including on the web or brick and mortar. Shipping is fast but understandably some may take longer. My questions and concerns were answered quickly and professionally by Marc via emails. Thank you WATCHES-SWISS!

Fantastic owner who cares about every sale he makes "I found Watches-Swiss.com on a pricing site and decided to order a watch for my daughter's graduation. Marc, the owner, replied to every message I sent within the hour and after I placed an order, the watch was delivered the next day. Very impressed with the customer service and promptness of all replies. I will let my friends know about the company and will continue to use in the future. All the best in the years ahead..."

Great experience with Marc at Watches-Swiss. He provided unparalleled customer service and was able to get the particular Mühle-Glashütte watch sent to me much quicker than any other retailer I inquired with. His website is a bit bare bones but once I was in communication with him I could tell he was legit and super knowledgeable about the watches he sells. I'm happy to recommend this shop to others.

Thank you for your recommendation! I really appreciate it. It is true our website is not fancy. But rather than spend $10,000 on a new site, I prefer to keep my costs down and my prices as low as possible. Marc

Marc’s reputation precedes him and my experience was flawless. Bought a special Cartier for my wife’s 50th and it was in hand within 10 days. Great price, great communication, great execution. Will be back again. Thank you!
