It's the putting right that counts - and they did
When I was a kid, there was a local appliance store that advertised that "it was the putting right that counts" I never really understood why this was a good slogan until Now. The transaction with Watchco had a couple of challenges and I found this very frustrating, but since then they have gone out of their way to make sure the problem was resolved and the item was delivered and they even cut me a great deal. When things went wrong, they put it right
