Nice watch good shipping time A OK!

I was looking for a very specific kind of replacement wrist band for my watch and they had exactly what I needed.

could not ask for any better shipping ..it was very fast and everything they advertise it to be the only thing that really upsets me is I sent them two e mails concerning the watch I received but they have never bothered to answer either e mail and to me they were about something very concerning and important to me otherwise their service was excellent

I received the watch with a wrong color strap, for which I emailed twice to Watchco and requested the correct color replacement strap. I have not received any email response from the company, instead the new strap arrived in a Fedex envelope a few days later, which was really a present surprise! (thank you Watchco). I would have awarded this purchase a 5-star rating if I the company had responded me with at least a few words while I was waiting!

I LOVE the one Skaagen watch I bought. I'd been looking for ages for a slightly offbeat shape, bracelet type band but not big and bulky, etc. Love the gray mesh band --'nuff said. The other watch I purchased I didn't need but I loved the photo of it and decided on the splurge. The real thing was a disappointment; the colors seemed different than the image on screen. Oh well, The return was seamless, and fine. Good company--would definitely use them again.

Well I must say I was pleased with the online service through Watch.Com as well as the quality, and timely delivery of my purchase. I've received several positive compliments and inquiries each time I wore my timepiece. I already have my next selection picked out. Thank you Watch.com

The site does not tells clearly how long is the watch is covered in warranty.
