Very satisfied with the process of ordering a watch online with this company, after having just completed the purchase. I have not received the watch yet but, so far so good.

Before Christmas we had an experience with this company that was not very pleasant. Based on my initial experience with the company I ordered from another company a similar watch. I then wrote a review that reflected a 'one star.' Afterwards the customer service rep, Eric, reached out to me because he saw the difficulty I had and he offered to send me a watch of my choice for the trouble that I had with the order. Just received the watch - very pleased with the watch, the follow-up service, and especially Eric in customer service who went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that this customer was satisfied!

Great customer service. I needed to exchange the watch I bought for another because of a scratch, but WatchCo was helpful and credited me for the cost to ship it back. I waited a couple months for the new watch to arrive, only to find out that they were having issues with the distributor. I was quite unhappy with this, but in the end I was given a refund, plus some extra credit from WatchCo. They even offered to send me a free watch to make it up to me due to the inconvenience. Overall, despite the issues I had, they made things right and I am now satisfied.

My ordered product was correctly transeported and the service was very well. Cost of product and cost of postage are clear and acceptable, and product reached in a reasonable time. But only one point about product is not good. Cutting is not good at the only one point. It's at the end of the watch band and a small hole shape cutting to set the metal fixtures. A fray is observed at the cutting point on the cloth of belt band.
