Great service and response to my questions!

I ordered the wrong size watchband and was slow to return it. I asked for a replacement and got the right band back in what seems like 5 min. flat. I could not have asked for anything better...Thanks

I have ordered two watches from Watch Co. Both have been favorable experiences. Watches are also displayed pretty much as they are in real life, so you get an accurate depiction of what you are buying. If looking for a good and/or unusual watch, this is an excellent company to work with.

My watch was posted straight away, could track it until it arrived at my doorstep. Had small shadow on the dial, sent an email, had a reply the same day and the watch was exchanged for a new one. Great experience, amazing choice and good prices :))

I bought a Pulsar that you had on sale and then applied the 10% WELCOME coupon and got a 200 watch for $89. This thing is SHARP. Very prompt.

I bought a watch from watchco.com and it took less than a week before I got my item I was so glad I would recommend everybody to shop at watchco.com, good customer service..
