I placed an order for a watch band for an older watch. Even though I wasn't spending hundreds of dollars, they treated me as if I had. The watch band was on back order, and they immediately sent me an email to let me know the status of my order. It was an actual, personal email with their name on it! We communicated and agreed to wait for the watch bands to come in stock. It arrived within a week. You won't get that with Amazon!

WatchCo.com shipped my watch immediately. It took a week to reach destination - Latvia, north-east Europe, and about two weeks to pass customs and be delivered. The watch is as promised, new, and it was a good discount. So far my experience is positive, and it makes sense to order from WatchCo.com even outside US. Extremely satisfied and fast shipping

I ordered a Lego watch for my grandson's birthday. Unfortunately it never arrived. When I notified WatchCo they imeadiately sent a replacement with no hassle. My grandson loves his new watch. I would definitely order from them again.
