I ordered a replacement watch which I recently lost in the lake. Well come to find out that the watch was out of stock at the time. The representative said he would look to see when it would come available and get back with me. When he got back to me he said the the watch was discontinued and would not be able to get it which I was bummed about. He said to see if I liked another watch and he would give me 10% off another one if I found one for the inconvenience of not get the one I wanted at first. Thought that was really awesome of him. All in all great costumer service and help with everything!!!!

I placed my order probably 3 weeks ago. I expected the band within 2 weeks, but it was out of stock. Due to some errors, I didn't receive shipping confirmation or any notice of the delay until today, and when I reached out to Watchco, they generously offered me a refund of the watch band plus shipping.
