Good reliable service. Items came as ordered and on time. One slight exception, one of the boxes came a bit damaged, but the contents was okay. I would purchase from this company again.

Great company to buy from. Their customer service is outstanding, friendly and professional. They addressed any and all the issues I had. I had my concerns about whether they were reputable authorized dealer for the timepieces they represent on in thier website. But rest assure, one of their customer service personnel, I believe his name is Eric addressed them and assured me they are an authorized dealer for all the timepieces they offer. After knowing that, I made the purchase right away. I would certainly give them a try. Great experience! I would buy from them again, without any hesitation. Keep up the great work, guys !!!

Payment was processed quickly and my watch shipped very quickly. I received a brand new, beautiful watch, which was just as described on the website. I had been looking for this watch since before Christmas and it was sold out EVERYWHERE! Luckily, I found it at The WatchCo.com -- and for less than the other competitors.
