Thank you for your feedback! We’re sorry to hear your order wasn’t exactly what you expected. To ensure you get your items as quickly as possible, we occasionally use a substitution policy when specific items are out of stock. Regarding delivery, we rely on third-party couriers, so while we aim for speed, occasional delays can happen once it leaves our hands. If your items arrived damaged, please reach out to us directly so we can make it right!

I am very sorry for the frustration and the mixed signals you received regarding your refund. I can assure you that we are a real team of people here, and we take your experience seriously. Our records show that your refund has been processed on our end. Please keep in mind that once we issue a refund, it typically takes 3–7 business days to reflect on your statement, depending entirely on your individual bank’s processing times. If you do not see the credit in your account by the end of this week, please reach out to us again so we can provide you with the transaction ID to share with your bank. We apologize for the delay and for the delivery issues that started this process.

Hi Alexandra, we’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to receive a basket that didn’t reflect the thoughtful selection you made—especially for a friend in need. That’s not the experience we want for any of our customers. We’re so sorry to hear about your experience. Your feedback means a lot to us, and we truly value you taking the time to share it. We’ll be using this to improve and ensure we do better moving forward.

We’re very sorry your basket arrived later than expected, especially for a birthday. While the selected shipping method provides an estimated—not guaranteed—delivery date, we understand how disappointing it is when a gift doesn’t arrive on time. We truly apologize and will continue working to improve.
