SPOKE WITH your FIRM SEVERAL TIMES TODAY. Chantel? was very helpful and patiently helped me with the my order. That definitely made her and the company 5 stars. S K P .

Hi Kay, thank you for your kind words about Chanel! I shared this with her, and our whole team, and it made her day! We always strive to "be easy to do business with" and Chanel is a prime example of that desire.

I absolutely love my new, striking Pueblo mats! I use them in my kitchen and I like the fact that they are low profile and washable.

Hi Nancy we are so happy you are loving your new mats! They truly are amazing with their low profile and washability. Thank you for being a customer.

Personalized mat was not legible. I reordered print version.
Response from WashdrymatsOct 16, 2021
Hi there, we are so sorry the personalized mat is not to your liking. We have been reaching out to you to get your approval on the replacement mat but have not heard back. Can you please contact us at [email protected] so that we can decide on the final version. (Our email may have ended up in your "junk" file, so please take a look there.) I just ordered a mat today, so I cannot rate the merchandise at this time. However, I can rate the ordering process and prior response regarding my questions as excellent.

When it comes to decorating your room, it is always hard to choose a rug which will fit in the overall design. Thanks to this site, I found a really nice variant for my apartments. Highly recommend.
Response from WashdrymatsSep 29, 2021
Hi Olgierd, we are so glad you love your rug. We keep our website stocked with so many designs so that our customers can find the perfect one for their home, or in your case, your apartment!

Love my new buffalo plaid runner, except I received the red and black one instead of the black and white one! No problem though since I did want the red and black one for the Christmas holidays but wasn't going to order it this early! I could see that the runner was pretty close to laying completely flat right out of the box and it looks to be great quality. The customer service at Studio 67 is great and understood the situation and we got it straightened out and I ordered, and hopefully will receive, the black and white one this time!

Hi we are so glad to help you with this issue, and again our apology on sending out the incorrect mat the first time. You will love both of them!
