Poppy Black is just what we wanted
The Poopy Black mat is just what I wanted - something ‘different’ and nice quality. Unfortunately, it is too small. Took off a star because it is too expensive to pay shipping both ways and a restocking fee just to exchange up for the larger mat.

We are glad you appreciate the quality of our mats but are sorry the one you chose didn't work in your space. We do include measurements to help with choosing the correct size.

The product is great
The product is great. The instructions are very helpful. Delivery time was very quick. The website was great. My only real complaint is that you don't have enough different size options for the runners and smaller mats for what I need.

Pretty and fun little rug
The rug is very cute and I love the design. It is smaller than I thought but it will work.

Easy site, missing discount
Easy site, but where is the 25% discount?
Response from WashdrymatsDec 8, 2022
Hi Deborah, thank you for reaching out. Our 25% off sale currently covers all of our holiday designs, the mat you ordered does not fall in this category. But it looks like the code for the free shipping worked out just great!

Very pretty non-skid mat
The shipment arrived quickly. The mat is very pretty and cheerful, and it washes and dries perfectly. I like the material on the underside — really prevents slippage. I have 2 other Studio67 mats (brown geometric pattern), and I noticed an odd chemical smell to this latest mat—like benzene or some petroleum product. Perhaps it is the bright-colored ink. Still there after washing but I expect it will wear off.

Hi Kathleen, I am sorry you were having an issue with the smell of your mat, you received a mat that was "hot off the press" and sometimes they do have a bit of an odor. It will dissipate soon.
