Why is there a cancer warning from the CA government. I received my mats today and a sticker on the back says cancer warning. I looked it up and apparently your mats have a toxic chemical. Is this true? Have you eliminated the chemical?

Proposition 65 is a California law requiring businesses to warn consumers about exposure to chemicals that can cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. Our product contains Diisononyl Phthalate (DINP), which is known to the State of California to cause cancer. The risk for DINP comes when the product is ingested, but we still provide the warning per Prop 65. If you would prefer to return your mat, please feel free to reach out to us to get the return process started.

I ordered a beautiful mat that I was really excited about, but unfortunately, it arrived one inch shorter than what was listed in the product description. Because of the size discrepancy, it doesn’t fit the space I purchased it for. I attempted to return it through UPS, but the return shipping cost was $29 — making it unreasonable and cost-prohibitive to send back. I’m very disappointed that I’m now stuck with a product that doesn’t work due to inaccurate sizing information, and a return policy that doesn’t account for seller error. I would appreciate it if you could provide a prepaid return label, as I don’t believe I should be responsible for return costs when the item received did not match the description. At this time, I would not recommend this company to others based on my experience, but I’m hopeful this can be resolved.

I have been asked three times now to review the service I receives from wash & dry. I've been ignoring the requests because I have not yet received the mats. But I'm annoyed at being pestered, so I will give them a single star review. Is anyone at w&d paying attention to when their products are delivered? I believe they should.
