Great products and Service
I love the durability of my Studio 67 rugs. Pretty. Functional. Easy to keep clean. The team accommodated a request to produce a second rug for a size that was out of stock. Very fast turn-around! Can't wait to receive them later this week.

No first time buyer promotion
Sorry but your promotion for signing up for your communication was free shipping; no discount. Not comparable to your competitors. Your shipping is free on orders over $40. There should have been some type of a discount for a first time buyer. TY

Items I wanted were out of stock / and no free shipping 🙁 I absolutely love these mats and wish there were more design options, more sales, and free shipping!

These rugs are perfect
These rugs are perfect! They were delivered rolled up but immediately laid flat right away. The description and picture on the website matched the rugs perfectly. I have already ordered another!

Hi Susan, so glad you are loving your purchase, and pointing out how our mats come out of the package ready to lay flat! No wrinkles or humps!

Wood Floor Saver!
Cute doggie print mat is thin enough for the door to our patio to open easily and the rubber backing keeps it in place when our dog enthusiastically bounds out into the backyard. We have antique pine floors which were getting scarred by the door from our dog happily jumping up to go outside. This mat is a floor saver!

Hi! It makes us feel great when our mats can solve a problem for a customer, and it sounds like your doggie situation is now under control! Glad we could help and thank you for the wonderful review!

I absolutely love these rugs
I absolutely love these rugs. I have about 12 now. They are beautiful and practical. They wash up perfectly. Would not change a thing but would love to see more sizes or even round. Just think about it. Customer satisfaction is their motto.

Hi Sandra, thank you for the nice review and for being such a great, loyal customer! We hope to expand to other sizes and even shapes, but it may be a bit longer before we can do this. Round mats seem to be requested often.
