I missed a sale price by 1 day
I missed a sale price by 1 day, and I was very nicely given the sale price anyway. I also used my first time buyer 10% discount, but that was taken away when they refunded my money for the sale price. I should have been refunded $9.90, but was only refunded $6.61, which means the first time buyer discount was taken away. When I brought this to their attention, they promptly fixed the error and refunded my money.

Sorry for you situation, but know we have made the adjustment so you full difference was refunded.

Great rugs for wood floors, easy to live with.
I love these rugs because they do not need a rug pad, they are easy to wash and also vacuum up well. We have wood floors and need rugs to protect the floors in the kitchen area by the sink, dishwasher and other spots. Another thing I like is the low profile of these rugs.

Hi Carole, thank you so much for referencing how well our mats are working out for you! Protecting wooden floors is what our mats do best!
