I've been with this CC before the merger and have never had an issue with my transactions, loans, or simple issues.

Multiple times I have had to pay the interest on overdraft, and zero communication has happened until I have owed a few hundred both times, very frustrating and seems like an intentional business move. Its an account I rarely use and it was a paypal charge that I wasnt aware of. I have two accounts there, and it seems the times I went in, someone could have told me.

Anneke, I'm sorry this has happened to you. Online Banking has a feature under the settings > alerts where you can set it up to notify you through text or email if your account gets below a specified amount. This might help you avoid this happening again. Thanks for your feedback.

Cannot make deposits at ATMs, every other bank and credit union locally receives federal payrool tapes so that money is in the account Friday evening or saturday morning but not wasatch. Online abilities are limited, seriously looking to change banks as soon as I can.

WasatchPeaks is the first credit union that I have had an account with. Don’t know why I waited so long! The services they provide are top notch, the employees are always friendly, professional and helpful at every branch I have been to. I would completely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality bank!! UPDATE: not long after this review I lost my job and fell behind. Wasatch Peaks assured me that when I caught my account up it would be in good standing with no issues. WRONG! I used most of my first check, which I could not afford, to do the honorable thing and pay what I owed only for them to close the account and tell me to reapply in six months to be considered for a hi-risk account.
