Great service great product

I can't review contract performance because I just signed the deal; however, the sales process with Scott Wenzel was outstanding. Scott new his product and the industry as a whole. He answered questions, sent me supporting docs and made me laugh often, so the process was "human" and pleasant. Scott compared contracts of competing services and pointed out the differences that favored his company. In the end I chose the better deal for my purpose and left the emotions at the door thanks to Scott's help.

I have a car warranty with Warranty Direct and have unfortunately had to make a claim recently. I was expecting to be fobbed off with excuses why the problem would not be covered by the warranty but was instead amazed by the quick, efficient and professional way the problem was dealt with. Shockingly good to deal with.

Customer service was excellent and representative explained contract throughly.

Everything is right there on the web page. You can get an estimate of how much you could pay. I have been on web sites that did not explain things but this one I had no problem. I highly recommend the web site.

I love how they were able to give me what I needed. I was really needing a warranty for my car after my extended warranty expired and Matthew really helped me! I now have the warranty I need and he helped me figure out what was within my budget and the things I need for the he warranty! Thank you Matthew!
