I worked with two people, and both were extremely professional and kind. They answered all of my questions without making me feel like a fool for asking the question. I got written information without even having to ask. In comparison I asked for written information from my car dealer who ignored me and refused to give me more information. I think the best recommendation I can give is my car dealer offered me a $0 deductible plan for 7 years and 120,000 miles for $2,480. I went with this plan for $1900 with $100 deductible and 5 years and 75,000 miles. I basically paid more than I needed to to make sure i get what I paid for.
