Awful Customer Service. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I placed an order, and minutes after I reached out as I wish to add something else. All I’ve heard was “I can’t” “it’s not possible” “it cannot be done”. The customer representative boldly stated that as the order was “fulfilled” (specified: this meant the “label” has been printed, they cannot be modified) there is nothing they could do. The printing of a label 5 min after ordering means “there is nothing they can do to help to help a client?!” No effort to resolve nor notable interest to do so. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed.

I ordered a goose, chicken, and a hamster . I really wanted the goose and hamster. Also I love warmies and I plan on giving one to my cousin. This is an amazing project. I use them nightly, bravo for this amazing product.

Mein Sohn hat einen Warmie zu Weihnachten geschenkt bekommen! Er war total vernarrt in den Warmie Dinosaurier! Leider ist der Warmie in der Mikrowelle kaputt gegangen und das komplette Innenleben hat sich dort verteilt. Die Mikrowelle war definitiv richtig eingestellt. Das habe ich jedesmal kontrolliert, bevor ich den Warmie erwärmt habe. Leider nimmt Warmies sich davon nichts an. Das finde ich sehr bedauerlich. Werde definitiv keine Warmies mehr kaufen oder schenken lassen. Schade! Mein Sohn hatte leider nicht lange was von seinem Geschenk.
