I have been with m.w.for years.i feel dissatisfied withe service lately.i ordered 3 sweat suits 59.00 a piece .only one came. I was waiting for the other 2 but they haven't shown up.now they tell me I only ordered one hit me with shipping charges and then told me to order the other 2 sweatshirts and I will have to pay the shipping charges.when I was supposed to get 3 suits.im pissed.the person that took my order was darn stupid or something. I specifically told him the colors I wanted and the digit number for what I wanted he didn't listen too good.

Montgomery Ward put a negative remark on my credit report due to them sending bad information out on thier billing statements I will no longer do business with this company since they refuse to correct the issue

I have emailed and called Montgomery Wards many times to return a damaged recliner, they say they have sent the FedEx return label but I never haver received it. I have been dealing with this since the14th of December, I ready to sit the box and recliner outside under the gazebo. I need to make room for my new one. I will never order from this company again

Just over 2months after purchasing an item, it broke. After 2wks of back and forth calling,was finally given a claim and a repair center who would call me to arrange to get the item sent to them. They never called. I called after 4days,the repair company had no knowledge of my claim. After holding on the phone and being transferred to a second person,I was told that it was my responsibility to ship it to them. Mind you this is an item I paid $399 for,with the 2yr service plan it came to $479 not even 3months ago. I think this company should have a better system in place for dealing with repairs or replacements. Very disappointed.

I am Getting VERY Discouraged in this Company. I have Ordered from Seventh Avenue with Zero problems So I thought I would try to get Something from Montgomery Wards. I ordered an Air Conditioner On June 16th. Got an Email it would Be delivered on June 18. So I made arrangements to be Here. NOTHING came. New Message be here from FedEx June 19th between 9 and 1. OK Cancelled Plans. Nope Nothing again. Get message at 7 p.m. it would be here June 20th. Nope Waited all day. Again Nothing. So New Message Be here On Monday June 21st between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Well Here again it is 3 p.m. and Nothing Again. So I called the Company and they told me Not there Problem. But they looked Oh It Should Be here By Tuesday June 22 by 6 p.m. I told them this is VERY UPSETTING.

With years of purchasing for Wards and not missing any payments they haven't shipped my order I placed the begining of December still showing not shipped. Can't get an answer. I wonder if they changed management.

I grewup shopping MW just like Sears. They gave me 300.00 credit, all good let's see what they have on sale. That's were my nightmare began. Here is a table six chairs for sale..picture everything...BUT in reality it was two highback chairs for the table. Deffently false advertising. I tried to stop the order within or before 24 hours. Bam it shows at my door and the next day here come the bill. Maybe if the were open..heck even a snow day closure..all this issue could of been resolved. They returned it without fuss, but really lack Customer Care.
