There are no issues with orders or questions and the bag is incredible. Not just for traveling but everyday usage as it's safe, it's no pressure on shoulders and SO easy to orderly carry your stuff.

unbelievable experience

Twice the hours of expected sleep.
With the travel pillow I got five hours sleep on a flight from Atlanta to Istanbul, more than TWICE the amount of sleep I have ever had on a flight. The pillow was a little hot around my neck, but I loosened it and still had support. I also appreciate how convenient it is to carry inside my carry-on.
