Bought one for my husband and I for a recent trip to Europe. Unfortunately they did not hit the mark for us. Too big and bulky. Not comfortable. The velcro is so annoying and loud. I would wear it for a while and then rip it off. Tried wearing it looser but did not seem to help. I feel like they are on to something but needs ALOT of improvement. Sent them off to Good Will…taking the loss and looking for something new. Back to the drawing board guys!

I am still waiting for my Wander bags. They have not sent me any tracking number. No correspondence as to when I can expect my bags. Everyone rates the Bags no one comments on their customer service. This is very disappointing! You can have a great product, but if your customer service is awful it makes the whole experience mute!

I did enjoy using the bag while traveling and I loved the compartments BUT the strap started fraying away from the body and so I won’t be able to use it again.

This company does NOT honor their return policy. I called when I received the bags. I never opened them because my trip to Ireland was cancelled. I sent an email and Jessica asked if I would accept a 50% refund and I could keep the bags for future travel. I accepted. Then 3 weeks to a month goes by and I send another email asking about my refund. Sharon stated she found my order and would send out the refund ASAP. This was April 2024 into May 2024. I reported this to PayPal and they opened a dispute that took forever and finally it was closed in the sellers favor "because the items were close to or a duplicate of the items purchased" That was not my dispute at all. In another email Jessica stated she couldn't send the refund because PayPal put the purchase "On hold". This is not true because I have had refunds while disputing a charge. I sent an email to Jessica with screen shots showing that PayPal closed the dispute. No reply from either Jessica or Sharon. I would think twice before purchasing these bags. I would look on Amazon and you can find one that is essentially the same and at least be able to return it. Many months after the purchase was made I finally received the 30% refund that was offered. I did get to keep the merchandise. I haven't used them so I'm not sure how good the bags are.
