I love my purse. I wore it in a crowded market area and didn’t have to worry about someone grabbing it from me since it fits well over the shoulder. I love that every thing is accessible in the front. It makes going through airport check in so much easier.

I just love my bag. It went all over the UK with me for 3 weeks! My favorite part is the slip holder for my phone - I never have to wonder where it is! And the fabric is so forgiving, I can throw it around and not worry about any damage!

THIS IS A SCAM! I purchased this item from their website, and even though it was coming from the US, I had expected a delay in delivery. What i DID NOT expect was that they would use a two-bit courier service in Italy, which is shady in itself. I firstly received an email at 7.30 in the morning saying that they had tried to deliver, but were not successful. Such a blatant lie, as i work from home and was at my computer at 7 am. Then the courier company asked me to reply to a no-reply email, so obviously I was unable to contact them, and calling their call centre is a call centre asking to send an email. My main complaint is with how Wander Plus have dealt with the problem. I was sent an automatic email stating that the delivery was not successful, but since then, radio silence! I have my doubts that the item actually left the main hub in Milan, as Italians are notorious for pocketing items from overseas companies, but this is on the overseas company to contract these deliveries to more serious courier services such as DHL or alike. Probably won't see my money nor the item anytime soon i think!
