I haven’t gotten my order yet. So far tho everything has been great. I can’t get my order gift wrapped, but I understand why, because it is coming from overseas.it’s the times we live in now. They told me right away and going to refund my gift wrapped charge. Now that is customer service great to me. Carol L. I deleted this because I wrote the wrong company. I will do the right one now. The experience was good. I had seen a couple of ads that made me think about traveling and how easy you can be to robbed. I decided to purchase and see how it went. I love the bag. They thought of everything to make it perfect for traveling near or far. I’m totally satisfied with the product as well as the web site. Very easy to order and get what you want. The WANDER+ pillow is well made and arrived in a timely manner. It definitely keeps the head from falling in any direction. My only complaint would be that the chin was covered. Maybe my neck is short or maybe have yet to find the correct orientation of the pillow. I will definitely use on an. upcoming overseas flight.
