I ordered buy one get one free
I ordered buy one get one free. I was sent one bag and a pillow instead of 2 bags. I have been emailing them for a week and they want me to pay more…they don’t seem to understand what they neglected to do and now they’re not responding at all! I’m very disappointed and frustrated and would not recommend this company!!!

What you saw on fb is what you got. A good solid neck brace.,to stop a wobble head while travelling. They arrived as stated. Securely wrapped to insure no damage. In their own carry bags. Most impressed.
