Great Prep for Internship This past summer, I had a buy-side internship where my day-to-day involved building and updating lots of equity models. The Excel Modeling course helped me hammer down all the shortcuts and functions so that I didn't have to waste time at work learning Excel and, instead, I could spend my time learning to be an investor. Would recommend this to anyone who needs to learn or needs a refresher on Excel for finance.

Wall Street Oasis has been extremely helpful at the start of my investment banking career. I studied economics at University and therefore a lot of these concepts taught in business school were something I didn't get to learn. However, WSO has caught me up very quickly.

The classes provided in this course are great and helped me after transitioning out of the military full time into finance. The course did a better job than the class I had taken previously at my undergrad. I also appreciate the humor added into the videos which makes this course enjoyable to use while learning to master excel! You could start with no prior knowledge in excel and become extremely proficient between the video and practical exercises!

WSO has great set of courses for those who wants to break into IB world - they do cover all the required basics and advanced topics across valuation, use of Excel and PowerPoint. Having went through relevant BB IB training and trained newcomers, I think this is brilliant value proposition. I still help people prepare to interviews and their first steps in finance world and WSO courses is my usual recommendation. Moreover when I needed to train my employee I bought them same courses as this massively benefits me with very steep learning curve.

Course is good for those who has no or has prior knowledge It's been quite a while since I took that course and I didn't quite finished it to the end simply because some of my career objective has changed a bit. The course was very good even for those who already studied similar materials at school. I learnt from uni and book the theory the calculations the definitions all that sort of thing, but the course takes a very practical approach and refines very important concepts. They are to the point, clear and what you could really use at work or if one wants to get prepped for some top case comp.
