Wall street oasis is a great platform for forums and learning up to date information. It was my primary reference point as I began recruiting. There is significant room for improvement within their tutoring program (lack of qualified tutors/mentors) and the company database is incredibly out of date compared to the forums.

Great community. Lots to learn from. I was looking for India-specific content, which I didn't find. But otherwise a treasure trove of wisdom on careers in Finance.
