Hello, first of all, thank you for shopping. We are sorry to hear about this situation. The messages you sent us and your text written here are different. The item was delivered to you in good condition. Just one letter on the item got a bit bent. And it could be fixed. You just needed to bend to the opposite way. Even the item was useful in that condition. (I wish I could share photos and share the photos you sent us here.) Even I offered a 15% refund for your payment. But you said you wanted a full refund. Then you will use the item (Because the item is in useful condition.) Then I said, "I could make a full refund, but I requested you to donate the item to a mosque or Islamic Center on our behalf". Firstly you said "okay". Then changed your mind and wanted a 75% refund (Because the item is in useful condition.) Then I said I was not able to refund 75% of your payment. Wanted to keep the item with a full refund again. I told you that I cannot give you a 75% refund. Instead, I asked you to refund your entire payment but donate the product to the mosque. You said okay again. Then you changed your mind again and asked for a full refund and said that you would not donate the product to the mosque. Because you said that the product was useless and could not be given to the mosque. However, you asked for a full refund and stated that you would use the product. Then you threatened me that you would contact the bank to dispute the payment. Do you think this is fair? I can't think of any good intentions in this. The quality of the service we provide to our customers is extremely high. We are always happy to serve our customers. The offer I gave you is still valid. I will refund your payment when you donate this item to the mosque. Don't worry about the condition of the product. Give us the contact information of the mosque you donated to and we will send 5 more products as a gift to that mosque in addition to the product you donated. Thank you. you.
