Metallic wall art not glazing as show in advertisement.
Hi, today I received both of my orders. My observation and feedback as per below:- *What shown in social media advertisement and what I received especially the colour shining and glazing is too much difference what is shown in video and actual wall hanging received?*

Loyal Customer Let Down by Recent Purchase
I have been a loyal customer of Wall Art Istanbul and previously had good experiences, but my most recent purchase was disappointing. One item was not delivered despite promised dates, and communication through WhatsApp went unanswered. In addition, the product that did arrive had quality issues and required local modification to be usable. Overall, this experience has been frustrating due to both product quality and lack of customer support. I hope the company improves its service and reliability moving forward.

Received a defected product
Received a defected product. I was given a 10% refund. But it was very sad to have invested in a product from wallartistanbul and not be 100% satisfied. This isn't my first purchase and I have recommended it to many friends who have also made purchases only because you guaranteed the highest quality.
