I think too mich time was wasted. My account seemed to have gotten lost with regard to the state taxes and it cost me $2400 extra

I worked with Wall and Associates on a tax debt and they were extremely awesome company to work with and their employee Preston was very good about keeping me informed with what was going on thru the whole process. Did a great job dealing with my case. Had trouble with my last draft payment. I asked not to draft and Wall did so anyways. Part of it should have been applied to my overall payment due after case closed. Thankful i was able to pay my portion for services without interest.

Dealing with the IRS is a terrifying prospect, especially when you are on their hit list. After an initial consult, my account manager jumped into the driver's seat and led me through the entire process with a sense of confidence and reassurance. After a lengthy process of submissions and appeals, and more submissions and more appeals, we were finally able to come to terms with the IRS and set up a plan to address the issue in a very favorable manner. I am 100% certain that had it not been for Wall and Associates' guiding hand, I would be in a VERY different place right now.
