Wall $ ass. Took over 10k from me to settle my tax problem and did nothing. Promised case would be done In 6-8 months and it dragged on for 2 years so they could get their $400 a month. No communication. I suggest going for a company with a flat rate. Also said they had a local office which was no true.

Wall & associates is the lowest of the low. This company has been around for years taking customers money and not living up to the promise they used to bring you in. So far these unprofessional things are getting away it. We should advertise for them on Facebook and the rest of the social media world.

This is a scam. They claim to be tax relief services for consumers who work with the IRS on getting penalties and interest waived etc. They kept us on for 1.5 yrs all to tell us that they could set up a payment plan. Everything we could have done originally saving ourselves 8K that should have been paid to the IRS in the first place. DO NOT get scammed by them, they are a joke!

I've been paying 500 a month for 2 1/2 years and put 5000 down and nothing was done . Very disatisfied they didn't do nothing for the 20,500. Hate even putting one star there were no other choices.

Thanks for reaching out and giving us insight in regard to your experience working with our company. Our office appreciates the feedback and takes every assessment seriously. Your comments referencing the alleged inaction on your case prompted a thorough review of the work we performed. When you obtained our services in July of 2018, we learned of several unfiled returns required by both the IRS and your particular state taxing authority. We advised you to ensure that all of those required returns were prepared and filed. In addition, we requested very specific financial documents from you to aid our office in determining your best potential resolution options. Upon receipt of a limited amount of those requested documents, our office prepared a financial statement and sent it directly to you for a review of accuracy. Upon carefully scrutinizing the financial statement, it did appear there would be challenges in submitting an Offer in Compromise in your case. Our office took action to potentially reduce your tax liability by submitting a formal request to the IRS to consider abating some of the penalties you have incurred. The IRS would later notify your caseworker that our request was accepted, and the penalties related to the 2011 tax year would be abated. Subsequently, you informed our office of changes to your income status. It is very important to promptly notify our office of changes of this nature as it will inevitably impact your potential resolution options. Upon learning of these changes, we have been working to reevaluate our options in this case. As of February 25, 2021, you have requested to cease services with our company. I owed tax over 30k. I paid this company 2k to start and 400 every month for them to help me lower the tax amount. It took them about a year and a half and I paid about a total of 8k and they told me that the tax place denied their request. So in the end they failed their job. The above reason is just one of the things that I'm upset about. There's many more but I just can't explain it in a few words. I DO NOT recommend. You'll regret working with them.

If I could give worse than a 1 star I would. I paid these people over $20,000 to help resolve taxes as the result of an audit. I kept getting passed from one consultant to another. They kept taking my money every month and drug me along believing we were making progress. Come to find out they had done nothing with my case. Total waste of two years and $20,000. Please don't let them scam you like they did me.
