Dealing with the IRS is never an easy or fast fix. No matter if you're an individual or a company, you still have to go through the steps and have a whole lot of patience with the process. Wall & Associates has done a great job of keeping me abreast of what's going on with my case along with getting my case resolved! It wasn't overnight, but it was resolved with a positive outcome.

husband died,lost home,took money from retirement,owe state and federal.was told could get amount reduced a fairly large amount .state agent got mad and garnished checking account,took 2000 dollars.never had this happen.scared for life.fired wall and associates. for lack of communication.only worked for me about 6 weeks. didn't do nothing but make about 10 phone calls.agreed to give back 2000 of the 4000.did not even do 2000 dollars worth work.even gave them 400 dollars for march.will take years to pay off 2000 0n visa.i want my money back.all of it. good job john Roberson, you ripped me and my daughter off.

I obtained the services of Wall & Associates to settle my long standing debt with the IRS and I'm grateful I did. They were professional, diligent and communicated with me often. It wouldn't have been possible for me to do this on my own. The team did what they said they were going to do. They are experts and highly professional. I couldn't have had a more positive experience. My debt covered eight years and was huge. They settled my debt for $100! I had several liens that were removed as well. I signed with Wall & Assc. towards the end of 2014. It took over a year to get everything resolved with IRS. I was in tears with stress and wondering the whole time if I made a mistake with Wall & Associates. I owed IRS $20,000 for 2013 and with penalties and interest it was now at $170,000. I thought its just impossible to be able to negotiate and really get this resolved. I've never owed before, but because of a crisis, I had to take out money from my 401K. Thanks to Wall & Associates my case is now closed 12/2015 and I only paid IRS $100. Thanks for everything.
