I recently purchased a dresser that had some hardware issues. After reaching out to customer support, Vividiana took over my request and provided exceptional service. When I decided to fix the item myself, she quickly helped process a partial refund to ensure I was taken care of. She was helpful, responsive, and attentive throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Walker Edison based on their wonderful support team and overall great product. I can’t recall the exact name of the dresser but it’s very nice and the aesthetic is great
