I only picked one star because that’s as low as you can go. They don’t deserve any stars. My husband had surgery today. The doctor sent a prescription for pain killers to Walgreens. The first time I went to get them…it hadn’t gone through yet. I went a second time and was told it wasn’t filled yet….I waited a bit and went back and was told it wasn’t ready yet. I went to pick up my husband and I was told the RX..was sent…we stopped on the way home…I was told it wasn’t filled yet. So we sat in the parking lot then tried again. I was told it wasn’t ready for the 4th time. I told the guy I had been back 4 times and that I wasn’t going to keep doing this again…I told him go get it. He told me to go sit down and wait…again. I told him I wanted to speak with a manager and he said…speaking…..no way was he a manager….he was still wet behind the ears. So I waited…..then I got in line for the 6th time…..they told me…oh you’re back….a$$holes I did get the prescription this time…but then they had the wrong phone number and had to change thier system….then they wanted to know if I wanted to donate to something…..I just told the girl…..my husband is just out of surgery and I need to take him home….I need this RX. Not their bull ……have a nice day is all they said…..I told them I am never coming back and I won’t. This was the most horrible customer service I have ever had. Walgreens is the worst…don’t ever go there.

If zero was a number it still wouldn’t be a low enough rating for this company. They are inept, insincere and incapable of doing a damn thing when it comes to Medicare. They are taught to lie directly to you. Awful, awful, awful. Try anyone before them as far as Medicare goes.

I’ve been on the same meds for 4 months. My doctor is a certified psychiatrist and certified neurologist. Walgreens has been filling them all for months. Today the pharmacist refused to fill one of them because she thought it was too much. I’m bipolar and suffer bad insomnia. I won’t be able to sleep without this med. I didn’t know a pharmacist couid override a licensed psychiatrist/neurologist especially when they’ve been filling all of them the last 4 months. Do NOT use Walgreens. I’ve had many issues with the pharmacy lately but this one made my blood boil.

I am on gabpentin and my Dr increased the dose age. I was told to take 3 per day as I had just filled my script I was told to take 3 and before I was out they would call in another script . They did on 5/3 Walgreens was told this was an increase. It sat there and when I called they told me they had nothing on file. I called my Dr 5/3,5/4 and the took only 1 per day through the weekend . On 5/8 being completely out out my pain meds I called my Dr who said we called it in on 5/3 . Walgreens stated yes it’s here. Is it an increase . We can fill it give us an hour .”We are unsure why it wasn’t filled” “ give us an hour” 3 hours later no text no response 630 pm call to be told they don’t have it then they do but must run it and GIVE THEM AN HOUR! . I’ve given them 6 days titrating my meds now I have been out for 2 days. I understand we are all busy but to tell someone it’s not there then it is and give them an hour then go home.don’t fill it and when I call upset I’m treated as if I m being rude because I’m upset.

Wish I could give a 0 star rating. Horrible company and horrible staffs at the stores. For the last two years, I would order over the counter medication online with a store pick up option. The medicine would come to the store and sit there with no calls to me to pick it up. This has happened in the store located in Farnsworth, Aurora and Eola Road, Aurora It would be sitting at the store for days and sometimes for weeks until I would make track the package and then the call the store. Horrible. I have complained about this in my store pick experience many times and nothing has been done.

Lost a prescription again and billed me for it anyway. You can't reach a person at your local pharmacy anymore. I have switched to Walmart.

It won't be long before this chain of drugstore is closed 😡
