I have been going to this Walgreens for over 3 years, the past year or year and a half has been the worst, like someone else said. The staff is all new, and all are people who act like you're bothering them. They have messed up my prescription for the past 6 months, every month. Today is going to be my last time there. Other than the partial prescription I have to go back and get since they keep being out of stock of my medication. I would never recommend Walgreens to anyone ever again. They are all rude and make fun of white people right in front of you, and talk to each other in front of you instead of helping you. Once they do, they scoff at you, scowl at you, and barely say anything.

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would . . . my husband has a medication he needs to take twice a day . . . he called for his refill and was told it would be ready in 90 minutes . . . that was 3 days ago . . . 4 different Walgreen pharmacies did not have it in stock . . . they said it would be in the next day . . . needless to say we are still waiting for one of these 4 pharmacies to get the medication in

Review of Labcorp inside Walgreens
Review of Labcorp inside Walgreens at 4510 US19N, New Port Richey, FL. I had bought a test from the Labcorp website on Thursday May 11th, 2023 and then called the contact number on the Labcorp website and scheduled a 9am appointment for Tuesday May 16th, 2023 at this Labcorp facility inside of the Walgreens. I received a confirmation email, as well as, a schedule request number and appointment number. I show up at 9am and check in at the kiosk and wait patiently. About 30 minutes later, I ask the lab tech about how long until my name will be called because I had a 9am appointment and have been waiting for over 30 minutes (I showed her my confirmation email). She told me that she didn't have an appointment for me in their system, but will have someone look into it. About 15 minutes later I still have not heard back from any of the lab techs. I walk back up to the Labcorp door and ask if they found anything. She told me someone is looking into it (but how long does it really take to look into something of this matter). I then ask to speak to the person "looking into this". The lab tech brings me into their room and ends up calling their Labcorp headquarter's number and then hands me the phone. I explain the situation, give my schedule request number, and the lady on the phone says she will have my orders for the test "sent right over". In my head, this should take maybe like 5-10 minutes. I wait back in the waiting area and 40 minutes go by, still no word from any of the lab techs. It's 10:40am now. I advised the lab techs earlier that I was going to have to leave for a work meeting at 11am so I tell them again at 10:40am. I come back after my work meeting at 11:45am and ask the lab techs if they have received my test order papers yet, still nothing received. I ask the lab techs if they could call their Labcorp headquarter's back and see what is going on. I wait 10 minutes and no word from the lab techs. I call the customer service number for Labcorp and the guy that answered (David Orzoff) was the same guy who scheduled my appointment last Thursday. David asks me to hand the phone to one of the lab techs. David gets the email and fax number of the lab techs and emails/faxes my test order forms over in 5 minutes (David Orzoff was very helpful). They finally get my order forms around 12:10pm (over 3hrs after my original scheduled appointment time). I wait patiently for them to call my name, but they keep calling other people's names one after another. I wait 30 minutes and my name is still not called. I ask the lab tech when they will call my name and she says "I have other appointments I have to get to"... I've been waiting for almost 4hrs and she tells me she has other appointments first (people who have been waiting for like 5 minutes). Finally, around 1:10pm they call my name and I get my test taken care of (my test was a simple swab and took like 10 minutes to be completed). I finally leave the Labcorp around 1:30pm, over 4 hrs past my 9am appointment time. Even though I was very upset, and I mean very very upset, I remained calm and understanding through this whole frustrating situation. Yet, there was no apology or empathy given towards me through this whole encounter. Not to mention, I was there with my 1.5 year old son this whole time trying to entertain him inside of a Walgreens. I am very very disappointed with the service and wish I could rate it lower than 1 Star.

Online order problems and rude customer service
After the THIRD time a bonus reward coupon did not process correctly, I contacted customer service. I am a very experienced shopper/deal seeker. I know exactly what the requirements/spending thresholds are in order for a coupon to be applied. After this being the 3rd time a coupon did not apply properly (after I had followed the requirements and reached the proper spending threshold EACH TIME), I called customer service. Mind you, THREE different screens showed me as I processed the order that I was getting a bonus $10 in rewards…THREE! The screen before I went through checkout, the order completion screen, AND the order confirmation email all showed I was receiving the bonus $10 in rewards! Well guess what…I never received the bonus $10 reward. When I called customer service, the woman I dealt with was extremely rude. Again, I had two prior similar situations where the bonus reward didn’t process correctly and I never called then. But I was all out of patience when it happened a 3rd time. When all was said and done, she added $10 in rewards to my account, but only after she argued with me and was exceptionally rude.

I have shopped the Walgreens on 9th and…
I have shopped the Walgreens on 9th and Oslo in Vero Beach many times in the past few years.
Until the past 1 and 1/2 or so service was good. Now however it STINKS!!!
THE EMPLOYEE'S act as though your bothering them. It seems when you are in the store everyone looks the other way hoping an employee will help you cause they are not going to. Then when you do get there attention you get the cold and most annoyed looking face. This is just one of the negative experiences I have incurred as of lately. While I understand busy times of the day, this was not one of those times. However during busy times I have stood at the register in a long line waiting for someone to come to the register!! Well I am done!
I will be do my business at another Pharmacy!!

Too bad you can't give zero. Called more than a week past to request refill. Called today was told no refills and no word from the MD. Sent text to MD office and received reply new script sent to store.
Called this afternoon and was told it is too soon to fill. New script -never filled makes no sense. Lady (use that term loosely) said it was the insurance rule. That is untrue new script for different strength med.
Customer service has gone down the toilet over the last few months.

Could careless about thier paitents.
My mother is a diabetic, they apparently use a vendor to order insulin. When my sister called to speak with the pharmacist she lied to my sister and hung up on her. Real professional. Because of getting no insulin for my mother she will not have enough of her long lasting insulin they could care less.

I am from out of town. I frequent Walgreens where I live. There is no lock on the bathroom door. There is a lock on the bathroom door in the wall greens on Perkins road in Baton Rouge. They tell you they don't know the code because they don't want you to use the bathroom. I spent $150 in there and they would not give me the code to the bathroom. they claimed they didn't have the code to the bathroom because they didn't want me to use it.
